I would recommend Dennis to anyone who wanted to purchase or sell a home, I purchased my home approx 3 weeks ago but my search started about 3 months ago. Dennis was very diligent in answering my phone calls or returning them in a timely fassion, he was quick to set appointments to see homes and assisted me in finding positive and negative things about the properties we had seen, once we had found a house and thru no fault of his there were problems with the lending institution I had chosen, Dennis assisted me more than any other Real Estate representative would have, calls back and forth with the Bank the sellers Agent and being a sounding post for my frustrations I highly recommend Dennis and I am planning to use him again in the future when purchasing a multi family home.
